摘　　要：智能电气化理应是应对能源挑战的关键,电能是最容易控制和输送的一种能源形式。国际电工委员会(IEC)为了应对能源挑战计划改变其方向,将重点放到实现系统效率所需的标准上,尤其是要制定一套规范,对可接受的最低性能做出规定,同时也为电网运营提供充分选择。Smart electrification is the key to energy efficiency. Electricity is the most versatile and easily controlled form of energy. IEC is the world＇s leading organization that prepares and publishes International Standards for all electrical, electronic and related technologies. In order to face energy challenges, 1EC intends to change its orientation so as to emphasize the standards needed to achieve systemic efficiencies and specifically to develop a set of specifications giving minimum acceptable performance rules and options for the operation of smart electric grids.
