摘　　要：从历史的、经济的角度，分析了影响草地持续利用的原因，提出了实现草地可持续利用应从草地产权清晰化、草地经营集约化、畜牧业经营产业化、农牧结合高级化和社会经济治理综合化等方面进行的观点。The clear division of grassland property right, intensive management, industrialization of animal husbandry, advanced combination of agriculture and animal husbandry and integrated administration of soical economy were suggested to play the important role in the sustainable utilization of grassland by analyzing the relatively economic and historical factors.
