双氯芬酸钠栓和芬太尼术后镇痛效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察双氯芬酸钠栓、芬太尼术后镇痛效果及不良反应。方法:120例外科手术患者,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,随机分为两组,每组60例。A组连续硬膜外麻醉手术结束后或患者刚回病房时,将双氯芬酸钠栓1粒(50mg)经肛门塞入肛内齿线上2～3cm处,每日2粒或视患者疼痛情况酌情再次应用。B组应用一次性麻醉镇痛泵,药物是芬太尼0.3mg+罗哌卡因150mg+生理盐水至100ml,镇痛泵以2ml/小时匀速硬膜外间隙给药。结果:镇痛效果上,A组与B组无显著性差异。不良反应比较,A组在恶心、呕吐、排尿困难明显减少。结论:双氯芬酸钠栓术后镇痛效果确切,不良反应少,镇痛操作简便、安全、经济,患者易接受,值得临床推广应用。Objective：Observation of diclofenac sodium suppository,fentanyl analgesic effect and adverse reactions.Methods：120 cases of surgical operations,ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ grades,randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases.Group A Continuous epidural anesthesia in patients after surgery or just back to the ward,it will be a diclofenac suppository（50mg） by anal stuffing anal 2～3cm gear online at the daily pain in patients with two,as appropriate re-application.Group B narcotic analgesia pump with a one-time,drugs are ropivacaine fentanyl 0.3mg＋150mg＋saline to the 100ml,analgesia pump to 2ml/h uniform administration of the epidural space.Result：Analgesic effect,Group A and Group B were no significant difference.Adverse reactions,Group A：nausea,vomiting,difficulty in urination decreased.Conclusion：nalgesic effect of diclofenac sodium suppository precise,less side effects,analgesic action is simple,safe,economical,patients are easy to accept,it is worthy of clinical application.
