腰腧穴麻醉在肛肠病手术中的探讨

摘　　要：目的:为顺利进行肛肠病手术,寻找一种安全、有效、不良反应少的麻醉方法。方法:在肛肠病手术中运用腰腧穴麻醉910例。结果:麻醉有效率达98%,并可见其方法易于掌握,成功率高,麻醉效果好,作用时间长,不良反应少。结论:腰腧穴麻醉是进行肛肠科手术较为理想的麻醉方法。Objective：To smoothly anorectal surgery,find a safe,effective and less toxic side effects of anesthesia.Methods：from January 2000 to December 2009,in the use of Anus Operation 910 cases of spinal anesthesia acupoints.Results：The effective rate was 98% anesthesia,method is easy to grasp,a high success rate,anesthetic effect,long duration of action,side effects.Conclusion：The lumbar acupoint Anorectal surgery anesthesia is an ideal method of anesthesia.
