PPH治疗重度痔病112例体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术治疗重度痔病的价值和手术方法。方法:回顾性分析2001年10月～2006年9月采用PPH治疗重度痔病112例的临床资料。结果:手术时间15～30分钟,术后3天出院。术后2个月随访,109例脱痔块完全回缩,3例外脱痔块回缩不全;手术后出血2例、外脱痔块回缩不全4例、外痔皮赘残留4例。全组无1例发生大便失禁、肛门狭窄或肛周脓肿。结论:采用PPH治疗重度痔病可获得良好的手术效果。Objective：To discuss the value and operating method of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH） in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Methods：112 cases of severe hemorrhoids subject to surgical treatment by PPH in our hospital f rom Oct.2001 to Sept.2006 were reviewed.Results：Operating time was 15～30min.All patient s discharged at the 3th day after operation.Hemorrhoids in 109 cases disappeared after operation,and 102 cases were satisfaction with the treatment efficacy.After operation,there were 2 cases of bleeding,4 cases of hemorrhoids uncompleterecovery,and 4 cases of external hemorrhoid.There was no postoperative encopresis,anal stenosis orperianal abscess.Conclusion：It is very useful method to treat hemorrhoid by PPH.
