当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤和关木通的短期肾毒性实验研究

摘　　要：用小鼠进行当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤和关木通短期肾毒性试验，每日灌胃１次，剂量分别为３０ｇ／ｋｇ和９ｇ／ｋｇ连续７ｄ。观察小鼠体重、血红蛋白、肾功能及肾组织学变化。结果表明，连续灌胃７ｄ后，当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤和关木通组的体重、尿蛋白和肾组织均明显异常，与阴性对照组比较，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），关木通组病变较重。提示关木通及含关木通的当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤均有相同的肾毒性趋向。The short_term nephrotoxicity of Danggui Sini Decoction added with Wuzhuyu shengjiang(DSDWS) and Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis(CAM) in mice was investigated.Dosages of 30 g/kg and 9g/kg were fed by gastric tube daily for 7 days.Body weight,hemoglobin,renal functions and histomorphology of mice were observed.After 7 days,body weight,proteinuria and renal histomorphology were abnormal in both DSDWS and CAM groups,and the differeneces were significant as compared with control group( P < 0.05 ).The above results indicate that the nephrotoxicity of DSDWS and CAM is similar.
