醒脑益智方对SAM-P/10老化痴呆鼠行为学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药作用机制，为醒脑益智方临床运用提供实验依据。方法ＳＡＭ－Ｐ／１０老化痴呆鼠１００只进行水迷宫试验和小鼠穿梭实验观察醒脑益智方对ＳＡＭ－Ｐ／１０的作用。结果（１）水迷宫试验：中药预防组及１号方的小鼠行为学习成绩明显优于空白对照组（进入盲端次数少）。各中药治疗组成绩优于西药组。（２）小鼠穿梭实验：各治疗组与空白组比较，被电击次数，时间均有显著减少，而主动回避次数均有明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５或０．０１），其作用效果以预防组、１号最好，西药次之，２号最差。结论醒脑益智方对动物记忆的巩固，提取和主动适应能力及方向辨别能力有明显改善。醒脑益智预防组、１号方的效果优于西药及２号方的实验结果为我们所提出的脑衰老、ＡＤ以肾衰痰浊为主，ＶＤ以肾虚瘀血为主以及早期预防治疗老年痴呆的观点提供了佐证。bjective To explore the mechanism of action of Chinese medicine,proviede experimental basis for Xingnao Yizhi prescription's clinical use. Methods To observe the effect of Xingnao Yizhi prescription on SAMP/10 by means of experiments such as water maze,shuttligbox. Results (1)Water maze experiment:the behavior learning of the mouse for the preventive group and presctiption NO.I group is better than that of control group.The results of all the Chinese medicine treat groups are better than those of western medicine.(2)Shuttlingbox experiment:the number and time of being stricken by the electric for all treat groups decreased significantly compared with the control group,the number of times about positiv escape increased obviously(P<0.05 or 0.01). The preventive group and prescription No.I group has the best effect, while western medicine is the second,and the third is prescription No.. Conclusion Xingnao Yizhi prescription can improve the memory,active adjustment ability and direction distinguishing ability. The effect of preventive prescription and prescription No.were better than those of westerm medicine and prescription No ,which provide good evidence for our viewpoints about that AD is caused by kidney insufficiency with phlegm turbidity,VD is caused by kidney insufficiency with blood stasis.
