高血压病对老年人认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压对老年人的认知功能影响。方法采用ＣＡＳＩ智能筛检测验对１３９例高血压患者和６３例正常老年人进行测试。结果患者的注意、计算、概括、构图能力以及ＣＡＳＩ总分显著低于正常对照组，且与高血压的严重程度有一定关系。结论高血压病会损害老年人的认知功能，预防高血压对于改善老年人的认知功能有着积极意义。Objective To investigate the impact of hypertension on cognitive abilities of old man. Methods Cognitive abilities were measured in 139 patients with hypertension and 63 normal controls by using the cognitive abilities screening instrument(CASI). Result Abilities of attention, counting,summarizing,drawing as well as full value of CASI were significantly lower in patients with hypertension than that in normal controls. Conclusion These findings suggest that cognitive abilities of old man may be impaired by hypertension and prevention of hypertension is important significance in improving cognitive abilities of old man
