飞行员配偶症状自评量表评定结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解飞行员妻子心理健康状况，及对飞行员心理健康的影响。方法对２６１名飞行员（男性）的配偶及２３９名飞行员（丈夫）同时进行症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ—９０）评定。结果显示飞行员夫妻之间病理心理症状高度显著相关，交互影响；夫妻之间以及配偶各年龄段之间病理心理症状差异不大（前二组仅在偏执症状，后二组仅在精神病性症状上有显著差异）；与中国人常模（女）比较，２３～２９岁的飞行员配偶心理健康水平明显高，而３０～３９岁的飞行员配偶则明显低于中国人常模。结论提示飞行员夫妻之间病理心理症状高度显著相关，交互影响。Objective To find out the mental health level of pilots' wives Methods 261 pilots' wives and their husbands received Symptom CheckList 90(SCL90) measurement . Results The results showed there were significant relationship between factors of wives' SCL90 and of husbands', viz, interaction of wife and husband. The mental health level of wives in 3039 years old group was significantly lower than that of Chinese norm. Conclusion It is necessary to understand mental health level of pilot's wife when taking psychotherapy and counseling to pilots.
