高校学生饮酒、吸烟的有关因素及对学习成绩的影响

摘　　要：目的研究高校学生饮酒、吸烟行为的现状、原因及与学习成绩的关系。方法采用描述流行病学方法，对哈市五所高校学生的饮酒、吸烟情况进行了整群随机抽样调查。结果五所高校的饮酒率为５０．５５％，吸烟率为１７．１３％，饮酒、吸烟的原因除了自身个性外，社会因素也起着重要的作用，学生的学习成绩随着饮酒率、吸烟率的上升而下降。结论饮酒、吸烟不仅影响心理健康，也影响学习成绩，因此应引导学生树立正确的世界观和价值观，培养良好的心理素质，改正饮酒、吸烟的不良行为。Objective To study the status and causes of drinking and smoking in undergraduates and the relationship between the drinking and smoking and the study scores. Methods This clusterrandom sampling investigation on smoking and drinking of five universities in Harbin was conducted with descriptive epidemiologic method.Results The drinking rate and smoking rate in the five universities were 50.55%and 17.13%respectively.The causes for drinking and smoking included personality and social factors.The study scores falled with the rising of drinking and smoking rates. Conclusion Drinking and smoking influenced psychologic health and study scores.Therefore the teachers of universities should guide students to establish right world outlook and value outlook,to cultivate sound psychologic quality and to correct the bad behavior of the drinking and smoking.
