河南烤烟(40级)细胞壁物质含量及规律性研究

摘　　要：测定了河南烤烟（４０ 级）各等级烟叶的总细胞壁物质、全纤维素、果胶质、木质素的含量．结果表明：各等级烟叶总细胞壁物质含量集中在２６％ ～３５％ 之间，全纤维素含量集中在１５％ ～２５％ 之间，果胶质含量集中在６％ ～１１％ 之间，木质素含量集中在１％～４％ 之间．进一步分析了上述测定结果与烟叶部位、颜色、身份、油分的关系，找出了规律性．The cell wall matter contents of 40 grades standard of flue cured tobacco of Henan is determined. The results showed:the total cell wall matter is 26%～35%; the holocellulos is 15%～25%; the pectine is 6%～11%; the lignin is 1%～4%. The relations of the result between different stalk position,colour,body and oil have been analyzed.
