摘　　要：为了监控减载平台安全和海底电缆供电安全,防止事故发生,设置了AIS与ECDIS组合的监控系统。介绍了监控系统设备组成、工作原理和可以实现的目标。对监控系统的具体实施也作一叙述。最后,对监控系统的安全效用作了评估和肯定,并指出了存在的问题和解决方法。In order to supervise and control the safety of load - reducing platform and undersea cable and prevent the accident , the supervising system composed by AIS and ECDIS has been set up . This paper introduces the composition, working principle and reachable aim of supervising system. Also it stated the operation of the system. At last it evaluates the efficiency of the system, points out the existed oroblem and its countermeasures.
