摘　　要：最近几年，纸机的车速、生产效率及产品质量都获得了显著提高。对超高速纸机来说，压榨部结构及所采用的新技术是其技术突破的关键，但不是唯一；超高速纸机需要一流的工艺流程、高级控制和其它方面的同步发展。维美德公司开发了从纸料制备到完成打包的一系列与之相适应的新技术。这里仅介绍超高速纸机的压榨部结构特点及对纸张质量的影响。In recent years,paper machine speed,production efficiency and product quality improve significantly.For the ultra_high speed paper machine,configuration of press section and new technology adopted are critical for breakthrough in ultra_high speed,but it is not the only factor,ultra_high speed paper machine have to use up_to_date process,sophisticated control system and other new technology.Valmet has developed a series of new technology from stock preparation to finishing and baling which can match with ultra_high speed paper machine.This paper deals with the features of OptiPress as well as its effect on paper quality.
