摘　　要：针对PFS120A翻盘式过滤机运行中出现的内转盘腐蚀、滤盘真空室底板开裂、内外转盘轨道磨损跑偏等问题,进行故障处理,并介绍改进措施。实践表明,技改措施可行,满足了湿法磷酸装置生产的要求。In view of the existing problems such as the corrosion of inner rotary table, cracking of bottom plate from filter vacuum chamber, and abrasion and running deviation on the track of inner-outer rotary table in the operation of PFS120A tilting pan filter, the fault treatment and the improvement measures are introduced. The results show that： the technique improvement is feasible and meets the production requirements of WPA unit.
