摘  要:黄磷是一种高能耗产品,电炉制磷中节能降耗十分重要。光明化工有限公司通过几十年生产实践,取得节能降耗大量技改成果:如改3根电极为6根电极,提高磷炉负荷及二次侧电压,小黄磷电炉一次拉闸闷炉新工艺,烘炉新工艺,高硅磷矿入炉,用引风机替代水环式真空泵等。电炉每吨磷电耗由1990年17088kW.h下降到1991年14 826 kW.h,1992年跨入全国先进行业指标13 140 kW.h。As the product with high energy consumption for preparation, furnace process is important. Based on the production practice in the past the energy-saving in phosphorus decades in Guangming Chemical Co., Ltd, some results for energy-saving are achieved such as changing the amount of electrodes from 3 to 6, improving phosphorus furnace load and the secondary voltage, the new process of blocking by primary tripping, the new process of baking furnace, phosphate rock containing high silicon into the furnace, and using induced fan instead of water ring vacuum pump etc. The electricity consumption of per ton phosphorus is decreased from 17 088 kW.h in 1990 to 14 826 kW.h in 1991, or 13 140 kW-h in 1992, which results into the advanced index in the industry in China.
