摘　　要：分析了骑马钉装订机支架弯曲件的冲压工艺性,介绍了该弯曲件的工艺方案和级进模总体结构,提出了可行的冲压工艺和模具设计方案,并对实施中出现的具体问题作了处理和归纳。实践证明:该模具结构可靠,能保证产品质量。Through analysis of the punching porcess of the stapler bracket bending parts,proposed the punching porcess sequence and the structure design of the progressive die,solved and summarized the specific problems appeared in the implemental process.The application showed that the die is reliable in structure and the quality of the product can be ensured.
