摘　　要：简要阐述了现关口局建设模式存在的问题;以某电信运营商网络为例,通过对网络结构现状、综合关口局建设基本思路及比较优势、建设方案及其比较、话路组织及话务承载的介绍,详细论述了综合关口局建设方案的基本内涵及适用场合,并提出了实施过程中需注意的有关问题。It discusses the problems on the current gateway construction mode. Taking some telecom operator as example, it discusses the basic connotation of integrated gateway construction solution and application situation, under the presents of network structure state, integrated gateway construction consideration and advantage, construction solution and its comparison, traffic and carrying. It also gives the attention issues on the construction.
