摘  要:采用硝酸-高氯酸混合酸湿式消化处理样品,建立了ICP-OES法同时测定小麦粉及制品中钾、钠、钙、镁、铝、钛6种元素的方法。方法优化了仪器参数,探讨了不同消解方法和光谱干扰扣除方法,建立方法的线性范围宽,相关系数均大于0.9999,钾、钠、钙、镁、铝、钛检出限分别为10.2、9.5、0.25、0.006、0.31、0.02 mg/kg,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.7%~3.2%,加标回收率为98%~102%。该方法简便、快捷、准确,可用于小麦粉中食品添加剂的监管。Samples of wheat flour products were digested by nitric acid - perchloric acid ( volume ratio was 4:1 ), and the method for determination of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Al, Ti in wheat flour products by ICP - OES was established. Instrument parameters were optimized , different ways for digesting samples and spectral interference correction were discussed. There were suitable liner ranges for detection of six mental elements in different foods, and the correlation coefficients were superior to 0.9999. The detection limits of K, Na,Ca,Mg,Al,Ti were 10.17,9.47,0.25,0. 006,0.31,0.02 mg/kg repectively. The RSD was 1.7% - 3.2%, and the recoveries were 98% - 102%. The method is simple, fast, accurate and can be applied in supervision to food quality and safety.
