摘 要:研究了离子色谱法同时测定茶叶中F-、Cl-、NO2-、NO3-、H2PO4-和SO24-6种无机阴离子含量的方法。茶叶样品中6种阴离子经95℃超声浸提20 min后,以浓度为1.92 mmol/L Na2CO3和1.80 mmol/L NaHCO3为淋洗液,经阴离子分离柱分离并测定。该方法的线性相关系数达到0.999以上,各组分加标回收率在94.40%~111.8%之间,峰面积的相对标准偏差均小于5.0%(n=9)。该法具有快速、灵敏、准确的特点,可用于实际茶叶样品中无机阴离子含量的测定。Ion chromatography was applied to the determination of 6 inorganic anions F^- , Cl^- , NO2^- , NO3^-, H2PO4- and SO4^2- in tea. The 6 anions in the sample were extracted ultrasonically with water for 20 min, at 95℃. The extract passed through the anion exchange column and the ion chromatography separation was carried out by using 1.92 mmol /L Na2CO3 + 1.80 mmol /L NaHCO3. It was found that the correlation coefficient of linear regression equations were more than 0.999, the recoveries of the method were between 94.40% - 111.8%. All relative standard deviations of areas were less than 5.0% (n = 9). This method can be applied to the analysis of the tea samples with satisfactory results.
