摘  要:建立了一种利用离子色谱法测定饮用水中痕量溴酸盐(BrO3-)的方法。色谱条件为:IonPac AS19(250mm×4 mm)色谱柱分离,KOH梯度淋洗,流速1.0 mL/min,抑制电导检测,外标法定量。BrO 3-浓度在2.0~100μg/L范围内有良好的线性,检出限为0.3 ng/mL,相关系数r=0.9999,加标回收率为98.5%~102%。该方法适合于饮用水中痕量溴酸盐的测定。A method was developed for the determination of bromate ( BrO3^- ) in drinking water by ion chromatography ( IC ). The analytical column was Dionex IonPac AS19 (250 mm ×0.4 mm), gradient KOH was used as the eluent at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection was performed by a suppressed conductive detector. The quantitive analysis of external standard calibration curves was used. The linear range for BrO3-was 2.0 -50 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999. The detection limits( S/N = 3 ) was 0.3 ng/mL. The average recoveries were 98.5% - 101.0%. The method is suitable for determining the trace bromate in drinking water.
