摘  要:采用盐雾腐蚀和动电位扫描法研究稀土元素Nd对挤压态AZ31镁合金耐腐蚀性能的影响,并利用扫描电镜分析合金腐蚀试样的微观形貌,用X射线衍射衍射仪分析合金的物相组成和腐蚀产物。结果表明,Nd能够明显提高AZ31合金的耐腐蚀性能,且合金的腐蚀速率随Nd含量的不同而发生变化,盐雾、电化学腐蚀实验结果一致。The effects of Nd on the corrosion resistant property of as-extruded AZ31 magnesium alloys were investigated by salt spray corrosion and a potentiodynamic scanning method. The micromorphology of the corroded samples of the alloys were studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the phase composition and corrosion products of the alloys were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The results show that Nd addition can obviously improve the corrosion resistance of AZ31 magnesium alloys and the corrosion rate changes with the Nd addition. The result of salt spray corrosion is the same as that of potentiodynamic scanning.
