摘 要:目的:研究高脂膳食诱导对肥胖大鼠瘦素水平的影响。方法:将50只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为高脂膳食组和正常对照组,分别用高脂饲料和基础饲料喂养8周,观察体质量变化,第八周末测定并比较血脂和血清瘦素水平。结果:本次研究高脂膳食诱导肥胖大鼠的体质量、血清总胆固醇和瘦素水平均显著高于正常对照组。结论:高脂膳食诱导的肥胖大鼠易产生瘦素抵抗,并伴有一定程度的血脂代谢紊乱。Objective:To study the influence of building obesity rats model to leptin level of obesity rats.Methods:Fifty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into obesity inducing group and normal control group,with high fat diet and basic diet for eight weeks.The change of body fat was observed.At the end of eight weeks,the fat rats′ blood fat and the level of leptin were compared.Results:The weight,serum TC and leptin level of fat rats in obesity inducing group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group.Conclusion:Fat rats were leptin resistan easily during the inducing by high fat diet,and with a certain extent of metabolism disorder of blood fat.
