整体护理干预对胸腔镜下肺癌手术病人的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨整体护理干预对胸腔镜下肺癌手术病人的焦虑程度、不良反应及并发症的影响。方法:将115例全麻下行胸腔镜肺癌根治病人随机分为对照组(n=55例)和实验组(n=60例),均于术前3 d巡视病人,常规护理,实验组同时进行心理干预、腹式呼吸、意念放松等训练。分别将两组病人对手术的焦虑程度、不良反应及并发症进行比较。结果:两组病人在手术日紧张、焦虑程度、术中不良反应、术后并发症发生率方面比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理及心理干预能明显减轻全麻下胸腔镜肺癌手术病人的焦虑程度,减少不良反应,降低并发症,效果优于常规护理。Objective：To probe into the effect of holistic nursing intervention on anxiety,adverse effects and complications in the patients with video-assisted thoracoscopic（VATS） lung cancer surgery.Methods：115 patients undergoing VATS lung cancer operation under general anesthesia were randomly divided into control group（n=55） and experimental group（n=60）.The patients all began to receive normal nursing on preoperative 3d.In the experimental group,the patients were treated with some training such as psychological intervention,relaxation and deep breathing.Then patients＇ anxieties,adverse effects and complications were compared between two groups.Results：The difference in anxiety on operating day,intraoperative adverse effects and postoperative complications were significant between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Holistic nursing and psychological intervention could release patients＇ anxiety,and reduce adverse effects and complications,with better effects than normal nursing.
