多种穴位刺激法治疗阳虚型膝关节炎的疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:比较子午流注低频疗法、单纯低频疗法及传统针刺疗法治疗阳虚型膝关节炎的疗效及安全性。方法:采用随机双盲对照,将72例患者平均分为3组,运用VAS疼痛视觉量表和WOMAC量表观察比较3组治疗针对疼痛症状的疗效及安全性。结果:3组治疗7天、14天时VAS评分差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01),子午流注组明显低于其他两组;疗后与疗前差值比较,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01),子午流注组大于其他两组;而WOMAC量表疼痛评分在治疗7天时无显著差异(P>0.01),但在第14天时差异有显著意义(P<0.01),子午流注组明显优于其他两组。结论:子午流注低频疗法较其他两种方式更能有效缓解阳虚型膝关节炎患者的疼痛症状且安全易于耐受。Objective：To compare the curative effect and safety of low frequency therapy of midnight-noon ebb-flow with other two normal methods on gonarthritis of yang deficiency.Methods：Using double blind random contrast method to allocate 72 patients into 3 groups：the midnight-noon ebb-flow low frequency treatment group,low frequency group and acupuncture group,contrast their curative effect and safety by VAS and WOMAC measuring scale.Results：After 7 days and 14 days therapy,the VAS score of midnight-noon ebb-flow low frequency group is much lower than those in other two groups,and its WOMAC score gets significant difference on the 14th day.Conclusion：The low frequency therapy of midnight-noon ebb-flow has better curative effect on gonarthritis of yang deficiency.
