摘  要:目的:观察火针改善脊髓损伤大鼠凋亡细胞的表达情况,为临床治疗脊髓损伤提供实验依据。方法:本研究以随机对照法进行动物分组,采用改良的Allen s法制备脊髓损伤模型,以火针、毫针分别进行干预,采用TUNEL法观察大鼠凋亡细胞的变化。结果:治疗手段干预后,与模型组比较,火针组、毫针组72 h、1 w的细胞凋亡表达存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:火针能较好的减少脊髓损伤大鼠凋亡细胞的表达数量。Objective:To observe the improvement of the expression of apoptosis cells with the fire needle in spinal cord injured rats,and to provide experimental evidence for treating spinal cord injury in clinic.Methods:In this study,the animals were divided into different groups with randomized controlled method,the modified Allen's method was adopted to prepare the spinal cord injured model,the interventions of fire needle and filiform needle were performed respectively,and the change of apoptosis cells in rats were detected with the TUNEL method.Results:After the intervention of the therapeutic methods,compared with the model group,the expression of apoptosis cells in the fire needle group and filiform needle group at 72 h、1 w had significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:Fire needle could better reduce the expressive quantity of apoptosis cells in spinal cord injured rats.
