摘  要:通过红外光谱、吸附量、ζ电位和表面张力等测定研究了醚型聚羧酸减水剂的作用机理。结果表明,该减水剂的作用机理主要是由于其化学吸附使水泥粒子表面形成了厚的水化膜,因而产生强的立体斥力而产生分散作用。同时,该减水剂具有较高的表面活性,这有利于减水剂水溶液对水泥表面的润湿和渗透,因而有利于减水剂在水泥表面的吸附。The action mechanism of ether-type polycarboxylate water reducer was studied through the measurement of infrared spectrum,adsorption capacity,zeta potential and surface tension.The results showed that the mechanism of the water reducer was mainly due to the strong steric repulsive force from the thick hydration layer formed by it's chemical adsorption on the surface of cement particles,which brought about the strong dispersion.Meanwhile,the water reducer has a high surface activity,which is beneficial to the wet and penetration of the water reducer solution on the cement surface,then it is also conducive to adsorption of the water reducer on the cement surface.
