摘 要:目的:探讨心脑通络液对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织IL-8、TNF-α、SOD、NO含量的影响。方法:采用线栓法复制局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,以步长脑心通为对照,于脑缺血6h、12h、24h以及48h动态观察心脑通络液对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织IL-8、TNF-α、SOD、NO含量的影响。结果:心脑通络液可降低脑梗塞大鼠脑组织IL-8、TNF-α、NO的含量,增加SOD的含量。结论:心脑通络液可降低局灶性脑缺血大鼠急性期脑组织IL-8、TNF-α的含量,减轻缺血时炎性损伤;心脑通络液能显著升高脑梗塞大鼠脑组织SOD活性,具有抗氧化损伤作用;心脑通络液能降低脑组织NO含量,减轻NO的细胞毒作用,从而有效减轻血脑屏障的损伤。Objective : To observe the effects XinNaoTongLuoYe on the content of interleukin - 8, TNF -α, SOD and NO in brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats. Methods : To make the model of focal cerebral ischemia by inserting nylon thread,compared with Buchangnaoxintong, the effect on infarct volume and the content of inter- leukin- 8,TNF-α,SOD and NO brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats were observed after 6h, 12h,24h and 48h. Results:. XinNaoTongLuoYe can reduce content of IL- 8 ,TNF-α and NO in cerebral tissue. XinNao- TongLuoYe can increase content of SOD in brain tissue. Conclusion : XinNaoTongLuoYe can reduce content of IL - 8 and TNF -α in cerebral tissue during cerebral ischemia and alleviate the level of inflammation ; Xin- NaoTongLuoYe can significantly increase SOD activity with oxidative damage; XinNaoTongLuoYe can significantly reduce NO in rats with cerebral infarction to reduce NO in the cells toxicity, and thus can effectively reduce the blood -brain barrier damage.
