肾白宁对早期糖尿病肾病大鼠模型蛋白非酶糖化终末产物(AGEs)的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过复方中药肾白宁对早期糖尿病肾病大鼠模型进行干预,观察其对肾脏组织中AGEs生成的影响,探讨肾白宁治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及作用机理。方法:将实验动物随机分为假手术组,模型组,肾白宁治疗组,洛汀新对照组。采用链脲菌素(STZ)法复制DN大鼠模型[1,2],药物干预后以免疫组织化学法检测肾组织中AGEs的生成。结果与结论:中药肾白宁具有滋补肝肾,益气固精,祛瘀化浊,解毒之功,对早期DN大鼠模型肾组织中AGEs生成有明显的抑制作用。Objective： We observe systematically curative effect on preventing and treating Diabetic nephropathy （DN） rats by Shenbaining through clinical and experimental researches. We inquire into mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） on DN and mechanism of Shenbaining on Preventing and treating DN. Meth- ods ： In the study,we use the left kidney excised and STZ - induced rat. The rats are divided into TCM group, the positive control group, control group and the sham group. Using immunohistochemistry to qualitative and quantitative deteetion of kidney AGEs. Results and conclusion：Shenbaining can reduce renal AGEs eontent levels,increase the expression of glomerular and tubular structure to protect and improve renal function.
