摘　　要：黄褐斑是一种常见的皮肤病,女性多发。临床试验表明,针刺对于黄褐斑的治疗不仅疗效可靠,而且不良反应少。目前针刺治疗黄褐斑的方法多样,有单纯针刺,有运用针刺配合耳穴、刺络拔罐、中药面膜及内服等,同时也开展了较为广泛的针刺疗效机制的研究。研究认为,针刺治疗黄褐斑可能是与针刺可以提高超氧化物歧化酶的活性、调节激素水平、改变血液流变学等有关。为了进一步优化黄褐斑的针刺治疗方案和探讨其疗效机制,对近年来针刺治疗黄褐斑的临床研究进展进行了归纳总结。Melasma is a common skin disease, which is often suffered among women. Clinical trials indicate that acupuncture treatment for melasma has reliable efficacy and less adverse reactions. At present there are various methods of acupuncture treatments for melasma, such as a simple acupuncture, the use of acupuncture and ear, cupping, herbal mask, and oral administration, etc. ,we also carry out a more extensive study of effective mechanism of acupuncture. It showed that needle puncture treatment for melasma which may be related to acupuncture can increase the activity of superoxide dismutase, regulate hormone levels, change blood rheology and so on. To further optimize melasma acupuncture treatment program and to explore its therapeutic mechanism,the author summarizes the clinical research progress of acupuncture treatment for melasma in rectent years.
