摘 要:目的:观察不同时间点电针对急性脑出血大鼠炎性免疫反应的影响。方法:采用胶原酶Ⅶ诱发大鼠尾状核脑出血模型,分别在造模后3h、72h时开始针刺。检测各组脑组织TNF-α、MMP-9的表达。结果:脑出血大鼠TNF-α、MMP-9表达明显增高,并与时间变化有一定联系。3h、72h电针组TNF-α、MMP-9表达均降低,72h电针组较3h电针组低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针可以抑制脑出血后诱发的炎性免疫反应,急性期脑出血早期应慎重选择电针治疗。Objectives: To discuss the effect at different time of electro-acupuncture on inflammatory immune of rat with acute intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The intracerebral hemorrhage model was induced by injecting Collagenase Ⅶ into caudate nucleus.3h EA Group and 72h EA Group were performed at 3h and 72h after modeling.The expression of TNF-α and MMP-9 was detected in the rat brain.Results: Rats with intracerebral hemorrhage had an obvious higher expression of TNF-α and MMP-9,which was coupled with temporal change to some degree.The expression of TNF-αand MMP-9 were reduced in both 3h and 72h groups,but with obviously statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions: Electro-acupuncture can lower the expression of TNF-α and MMP-9 in brain.The 72h EA treatment has a more obvious effect than the 3h EA.Electro-acupuncture should be used prudently at early stage of acute intracerebral hemorrhage.
