药膳植物猫尾射种子萌发的初步研究

摘　　要：研究了不同成熟度、种皮对猫尾射种子萌发的影响,以及在不同温度、光照及不同浓度GA3处理下种子的萌发情况。结果表明,种子在15、20、25、30、35℃的人工气候箱中培养,萌发率分别为0、6%、8.67%、14%、8%,30℃种子的发芽情况最好,是适宜的萌发温度;外种皮对种子的萌发有抑制作用,在30℃时,去除种皮后萌发率提高了13.33%;根据种皮颜色把种子分成3组:褐红、橙黄、黄绿。萌发率橙黄的是30.6%、黄绿的是14%、褐红的是0;光照可促进种子萌发,种子萌发属于需光性类型;100、200、300、400、500 mg/L GA3浸种的发芽率分别为20.67%、12.00%、13.33%、12.67%、8.67%。Effects of seed mocturity,the color of testa and GA3 on seed germination of Uraria crinita were investigated.The seeds were plated in the Artificial Climate incubator of 15 ℃,20 ℃,25 ℃,30 ℃,35 ℃,and the germination percentage was 0,6%,8.67%,14%,8%,30 ℃ respectively.The seeds germination rate reached the largest at 30 ℃,so 30 ℃ was the optimal temperature for germination.The testa could inhibit germination,and the germination rate increased 13.33% after removing testa.According to the color of testa,the seeds were divided into three groups：red brown,orange,yellow Green,and germination percentage was 0%,30.6% and 14%,respectively.The illumination could improve germination,so the seed germination required light.GA3 had some effect on seed germination,and the germination rates were 20.67%,12.00%,13.33%,12.67%,8.67% in 100,200,300,400,500 mg/L GA3 treatments,respectively.
