外源激素处理对线叶唇柱苣苔种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：对线叶唇柱苣苔种子的萌发特性进行了研究,同时用不同浓度的GA3、NAA、IAA和6-BA对种子进行浸种处理,研究不同外源激素对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:线叶唇柱苣苔种子为光敏性种子,发芽适温为20℃;GA3浸种处理可显著提高线叶唇柱苣苔种子的发芽率和发芽势,其中以200 mg/L的GA3浸种处理效果最佳。NAA、IAA和6-BA浸种处理降低了种子发芽率,对线叶唇柱苣苔种子的萌发起到了抑制作用。Seed germination characteristics and effect of seed-soaking treatment with GA3,NAA,IAA and 6-BA on seed germination of Chirita linearifolia were studied.The results showed that seed of C.linearifolia was photoblastic,the optimum temperature for germination was 20 ℃.The seed-soaking treatment with GA3 could improve the germination rate and germination vigor of C.linearifolia seed,and the best treatment was 200 mg/L GA3.Seed-soaking treatment with NAA,IAA and 6-BA reduced seed germination rate of C.linearifolia,and played inhibited effect for seed germination.
