摘  要:应用放射免疫法对 48例早产儿生后喂奶前及第 7日空腹血中胃动素、胃泌素浓度进行测定 ,并以 30例足月新生儿作为对照。结果显示 :早产儿组出生后喂奶前及第 7日空腹血中胃动素和胃泌素浓度均明显低于对照组。早产儿组生后第 7日血中两种胃肠激素水平均较生后喂奶前明显升高 ,并且与胎龄、开始喂养时间及当日进奶量等因素相关。结果提示 :早产儿消化道机能能适应胃肠道营养 ,在严密观察下应用合理的喂养方式早日开始胃肠道营养 。Department of pediatirics, Beijing Medical University The plasma motilin and serum gastrin in 48 preterm infants were measured before enteral feedings after birth and on the seventh day of life by using radioimmunoassay. 30 full term neonates were studied as controls. The results showed that both plasma motilin and serum gastrin levels in preterm infants before enteral feedings atter birth and on the seventh day life were significant lower than those in control group. The levels of both gastrointestinal hormones in preterm infants were significant higher on the seventh day of life compared with those before enteral feedings after birth. The lvevls of blood motilin and gastrin in preterm infants correlated gestation age, the time of first feeding, and the volume of milk on the seventh day of life. The results suggest that the gastrointestinal functions of preterm infants are adaptable to enteral nutrition and the rational enteral feeding can also promote the maturation and development of the gastrointestinal function of preterm infants.
