摘 要:聚烯烃催化剂技术是聚烯烃工业蓬勃发展的关键,开发对长链α-烯烃聚合具有高活性和高选择性的配位聚合催化剂是聚烯烃催化剂的发展方向,这类催化剂决定了聚烯烃材料可开发的广度和深度。本文综述了近年来长链α-烯烃(1-己烯、1-辛烯、1-癸烯等)配位聚合单中心催化剂的研究进展,重点介绍了以第四族过渡金属为中心的非茂金属催化剂,对配体和催化剂的结构特征、聚合性能以及聚合物的相对分子量、分子量分布和规整度作了详细的描述,并讨论了助催化剂种类、温度和溶剂等反应条件对聚合过程的影响。Polyolefin catalyst technology is the key to the prosperity and advancement of polyolefins industry. Development of catalysts with high polymerization activities and selectivity for long chain α-olefins, which would deternmine the diversities of the polyolefin materials obtained, will be the main target in the future. This review introduced the recent progress of single site non-metallocnes based on group IVB transition metals for coordination polymerization of long chain α-olefins (1-hexene, 1- ocetene, 1-decene etc). The structure of the ligand, crystal configuration, stability and catalytic performance of the complex, the relative molecular weight, polydispersity and the tacticity of the polymers produced were discussed in detail. The effect of the nature of the cocatalyst, temperature and solvent on the polymerization reactions was covered as well.
