摘  要:目的:研究参元丹后处理对心肌缺血/再灌注大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)水平的影响。方法:采用结扎前降支方法建立缺血/再灌注模型,即经历30min缺血和180min持续再灌注。40只大鼠随机分为5组,假手术组、缺血/再灌注模型组(模型组)、缺血后处理组、缺血后参元丹低剂量处理组(参元丹低剂量组)、缺血后参元丹高剂量处理组(参元丹高剂量组);于再灌注末检测各组大鼠血清MDA、SOD浓度的变化。结果:与模型组相比,缺血后处理组和参元丹各剂量组血清MDA含量明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);缺血后处理组和参元丹各剂量组血清SOD活性较模型组明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参元丹后处理能减轻缺血/再灌注大鼠心肌的氧化应激损伤,从而起到保护心肌的作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Shen Yundan post-conditioning on content of serum SOD,MDA in rats with myocardial.Method:The rat myocardial I/R injury model was induced by ligating left anterior descending branch of coronary artery for 30 min and reperfusing for 180 min.40 rats were randomly divided into five groups,sham operation group,ischemia/reperfusion group,ischemic post-conditioning group,ShenYundan group of low dose,Shen Yundan group of high dose.Changes of serum MDA and SOD were measured.Results:Compared with I/R group,the content of MDA in ischemic post-conditioning group and ShenYundan group was obviously lower(P<0.05).The content of SOD in ischemic post-conditioning group and ShenYundan group was significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion:Shen Yundan post-processing can reduce ischemia/reperfusion injury of myocardial oxidative stress,which can protect the myocardium.
