消炎片的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立消炎片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对紫花地丁进行定性鉴别;高效液相色谱法对消炎片中黄芩苷含量进行测定。采用日本Sil C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液（48∶52）为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为280nm,柱温为35℃。结果样品与紫花地丁对照药材的薄层斑点清晰,阴性无干扰;黄芩苷在0.076~0.912μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.09%,RSD=1.046%。结论本方法简便、重复性好,可用于消炎片的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard for Xiaoyan tablets.Methods Herba Violae in the formula were identified qualitatively by TLC and the content of Baicalin was determined by HPLC on C18 column with mobile phase constituted of acetonitrile-0.5%H3PO4（48∶52） at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength and the column temperature were set at 280nm and 35℃ separately.Results Herba violae could be detected by TLC.The linear range of Baicalin was 0.076～0.912μg,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 100.09%,RSD=1.046%.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Xiaoyan tablets.
