摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定乳痛胶囊中芍药苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱：Kromasil C18柱,流动相：甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸（30∶70）,流速：1mL.min-1,检测波长：230nm,柱温：20℃。结果芍药苷浓度在0.0424~0.212mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为98.19%,RSD为0.97%（n=6）。结论本方法简便快捷,适于该制剂的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin in Rutong capsules by HPLC.Methods An HPLC method was used.The Kromasil C18 column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-0.2%acetic acid（30∶70） with 1.0mL·min-1 flow rate at 20℃ temperature.The detection wavelength was 230nm.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.0424～0.212mg·mL-1（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 98.19% and RSD was 0.97%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple and quick for determination of this preparation.
