摘 要:针对现有切圆燃烧角部风箱锅炉采用微量油直接点火水平浓淡煤粉燃烧技术时,锅炉两个角的油枪(双炉膛锅炉中是4个角的油枪)受空间的限制只能布置在淡煤粉气流侧而无法实现锅炉有效点火以及节约燃料油潜力没有充分发挥的问题,研发了可换向百叶窗煤粉浓缩器。该浓缩器结构简单,易于调节,可在锅炉运行过程中改变浓淡煤粉气流方向,实现锅炉正常点火启动并节约燃油。采用数值模拟方法对可换向百叶窗煤粉浓缩器结构进行了优化,并确定了结构优化方案。对某电厂300MWe锅炉下层煤粉燃烧器改造后的一次风喷口速度分布进行了测量,在点火启动工况和正常运行工况下,双向浓淡风量比满足设计要求,验证了可换向百叶窗煤粉浓缩器的可靠性。The oil guns of two corners(four corners in the double furnace) have to be arranged at fuel-lean side owing to the space constraints when the boiler combustion system combined horizontal bias combustion(HBC) technology with pulverized coal direct burning technology with small oil nozzle.It will result in the problem of invalid ignition and startup of the boiler and fuel waste.Thus a novel reversing louver coal concentrator was developed.This concentrator has advantages of simple configuration,easy operation,and being able to change the direction of the fuel-rich and fuel-lean streams under the operation condition of boiler,which achieves normal ignition and startup of the boiler,and saves fuel.The optimization of structure of the reversing louver coal concentrator was conducted by numerical simulation.The primary air velocity of the improved burner outlets in a 300 MWe utility boiler was measured.The ratio of fuel-rich side and fuel-lean side air flux in the ignition condition and the operation condition of the boiler meets the design requirement,which shows the reliability of reversing louver coal concentrator was reliable.
