摘  要:建立了V锥流量计三维流动物理模型和数学模型。借助FLUENT软件分别对不同等效直径比、前锥角、后锥角的V锥流量计的流场分布进行数值计算。分析了不同雷诺数与流出系数的关系。研究表明:前后锥角不变,等效直径比越大,流出系数越小。随着雷诺数的增大,流出系数增值幅度减小并逐渐趋于某一常数。保持等效直径比不变,改变前后锥角,发现:前锥角对流出系数的影响大于后锥角。且相同条件下,等效直径比相对越大,后锥角对流出系数的影响程度降低。计算结果符合实际,为工程设计提供理论指导。The mathematical and physical models of V-cone flowmeter's three-dimensional flow were built.Flow field distribution of the different equivalent diameter ratio and fore-and-aft cone angle's V-cone flowmetes was numerically computed by means of CFD software FLUENT.The relationship between the different Reynolds number and the discharge coefficient was analyzed.The research shows that if the fore-and-aft cone angle keeps the same value,the equivalent diameter ratio increases while the discharge coefficient decreases.Along with Reynolds number enlargement,the increment amplitude of the discharge coefficient decreases and gradually verges to some constant.Keeping the equivalent diameter ratio invariable and changing the fore-and-aft cone angle,the fore V-cone angle's influence is slightly bigger than the aft V-cone angle's on the discharge coefficient.Computed result conforms to the actual situation and the theory instructions are provided for the engineering design.
