摘　　要：对古今医家对抑郁症病因病机及其治疗的论述进行分析,认为抑郁症的主要病机是情志内伤、损及脏腑,治疗多以疏肝理气为主,兼以益气养血安神、化痰祛湿、活血化瘀,并重视心理治疗。Basiced on the ancient and modern cause,pathogenesis and treatment of depression,it is thought that the main pathogenesis of depression are emotions and internal injuries,and injure internal organs.Treatment is mostly regulating liver and Qi,with tonify Qi and blood,nourishing the nerves,dewetting phlegm,promoting blood circulation,and should also focus on psychotherapy.
