摘　　要：本文分析了知识生产函数应用于绩效评估的特点,首次研究建立了基于知识生产函数的科学基金重大项目绩效测度的指标和模型,采用科学基金重大项目投入产出数据,实证测算出每个科学基金重大项目的绩效水平,使不同科学部之间的重大项目绩效水平横向可比,不同时期的重大项目绩效水平纵向可测,为科学基金重大项目的绩效管理提供了有效的定量测度工具,同时,也为科学基金改进预算与分配提供了重要参考。This research has established model of science foundation performance evaluation based knowledge production function, and supplied the method of modeling. Build the performance evaluation model based knowledge production function by adopting data of Principal Projects of National Natural Science Fund of China, and calculate performance of each project. It can be realized that estimate the level of performance in different period science parts. Furthermore it can strongly supply quantitative model and tool for administer the performance of science foundation.
