摘  要:为了制备常温外交联水性丙烯酸乳液涂料,提高其涂层的交联密度和综合性能,首先以丙烯酸酯类为主要单体,十二烷基磺酸钠、辛烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠为复合乳化剂,用核壳乳液聚合的方法合成具有外交联特性的水性丙烯酸功能乳液。然后用聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)外交联剂对乳液进行交联改性。研究结果表明:胶膜的交联度、硬度、耐溶剂性、耐水性和附着力都有明显提高。聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷可以作为核壳水性丙烯酸功能乳液理想的常温交联剂。In order to prepare external erosslinking waterborne acrylic functional emulsion coating at normal temperature, and to increase its crosslinking density and comprehensive performance, firstly, the water-based acrylic emulsion was prepared with core-shell emulsion polymerization method with using acrylic ester as the main monomer, dodecyl sodium sulfate, octyphenol polyoxyethylene ether and disodium hexadecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate as composite emulsifier, then the emulsion was modified with external crosslinking agent polyamide epichlorohydrin. The results showed that the crosslinking density, hardness, solvent and water resistance and adhesion of the film had been significantly improved after modification. So polyamide epichlorohydrin could be used as an ideal external crosslinking agent at normal temperature for waterborne acrylic functional emulsion.
