摘　　要："协议保护"模式是从保护地的"所有权"和"经营管理权"中分离出一个"保护权",再以"协议"为纽带,以激励为杠杆,以调动农户保护行动为核心,将社区保护行为和政府服务对接并形成合力,最终达到自然生态保护的目的。马山村"协议保护"模式,以发展经济林为切入点,通过整合调动社区和政府资源,促进社区生物多样性保护和社会经济互动发展。因此,研究"协议保护"模式的运作机制和效果,对促进西部干河谷区自然生态系统的恢复和保护具有积极的借鉴意义。The ＂agreement protection＂ pattern is to make the ＂protection fight＂ isolated from the ＂ownership＂ and ＂management fight＂ of the protected land , then through taking the ＂protocol＂ as the link, regarding the motivation as the release lever, considering transfering the protection action of famers as the core, as well as the joint effect between the serves, to achieve the goal of protecting the natural protection＂ mode about horse mountain village breakthrough point, through community protection behavior and the government ecological environment ultimately. The ＂agreement is taking the development of the economical forest as the the integration of the community and government resources, to promote community biodiversity protection and social economy interaction development. So the study on the operation mechanism and the effect about the ＂agreement protection＂ pattern has positive reference value to promote the restoration and protection on natural ecosystem of the fiver valley in western area.
