摘　　要：目的:了解宁波市高校在校大学生无偿献血相关知识状况,为宁波市无偿献血事业的稳定发展和宣传教育提供科学理论依据和指导。方法:采用多阶段随机抽样方法,对宁波市5所高校500名在校大学生进行无偿献血相关知识调查。结果:宁波市高校在校大学生无偿献血知识的综合知晓率为52.3%,比宁波市居民的综合知晓率低7.7%,2008年、2009年大学生无偿献血知识的综合知晓率分别为52.7%、51.9%,大专生、本科生、研究生综合知晓率分别为52.4%、51.5%、52.5%。结论:宁波市高校在校大学生无偿献血相关知识的综合知晓率较低,需要采取各种措施,在高校强化无偿献血知识和政策的宣传和普及,尤其是要利用宣传资料、互联网、电视广播方式,增加无偿献血知识的宣传力度,促进无偿献血工作的和谐、健康发展。Objective To investigate the related knowledge of blood donation without compensation among college students in Ningbo,and to provide scientific theoretical evidence and guidance for stable development and publicity education on blood donation without compensation.Methods Multistage and random sampling was adopted for a questionnaire on the related knowledge for blood donation without compensation among 500 college students from five universities in Ningbo.Results The comprehensive awareness rate of knowledge of blood donation without compensation was 52.3%,7.7% lower than that of the Ningbo residents.The awareness rates of college students were 52.7% in 2008 and 51.9% in 2009,respectively.There were 52.4%,51.5% and 52.5% of awareness rate for college students,undergraduates and graduate students,respectively.Conclusion The comprehensive awareness rate of knowledge of blood donation without compensation was low with college students in Ningbo.It is necessary to take various measures to strengthen policy advocacy and popularity in the university,especially to make use of publicity materials,internet,television and radio,and to increase the publicity efforts of knowledge of blood donation without compensation,and to promote the harmonious and healthy development for blood donation without compensation.
