摘　　要：文章根据网络数据库的最新技术,设计了智能仪表收费管理系统。该系统采用客户机/服务器模式,既方便用户续卡充值,又为收费部门集中管理、合理调度资源、提高经济效益奠定了良好的基础。The smart meter charging management system is designed according to the latest technologies of network database.The system adopts Client/Server mode.The system not only brings convenience to the users,but also helps the company to achieve centralized management,reasonable regulating resources and provides the foundation for improving economic performance.
