摘 要:柘林水库的设计洪水以建库前历史坝址洪水为依据而设计,为了编制水库调度方案,需统一分析坝址洪水和入库洪水系列.为此,首先整理坝址洪水和入库洪水的基本资料,然后推算建库前及建库后的坝址洪水系列,最后建立洪峰与洪量系列之间的相关关系.计算和分析结果表明:柘林水库入库洪水洪峰流量增大系数为1.113,1 d洪量增大系数为1.058,3 d洪量系列与坝址洪水基本一致;将建库前的坝址洪水洪峰流量、1 d洪量资料系列还原到建库后的入库洪水系列,用入库洪水推求设计洪水,更符合水库运行的实际情况.The design flood of Zhelin Reservoir was based on the historical flood at the dam site before its construction.In order to compile the reservoir scheduling scheme,the dam site and reservoir inflow flood series should be jointly investigated.The basic data of the dam site and reservoir inflow floods were collected,and the flood series before and after the reservoir construction were derived.The correlation between the flood peak and the flood volume was established.The results indicated that the enlargement coefficient of the peak discharge of Zhelin Reservoir inflow was 1.113,and that of the flood volume in 1 day was 1.058.The flood volume in 3 days was in accordance with the flood at the dam site.The peak discharge at dam site before reservoir construction and the flood volume in 1 day were transformed into the reservoir inflow flood series.The transformed reservoir inflow flood series were employed to derive the design food.It would be fit for the actual situation.
