摘  要:以碱性铁镍蓄电池铁负极集流体为研究对象,选用泡沫镍网、镀镍穿孔钢带、小孔镀镍切拉网、大孔切拉网4种集流体,采用涂片法制作铁负极,测试了放电容量、倍率放电,研究了集流体与电极性能方面的相互关系.结果表明,泡沫镍网作为铁负极集流体在放电容量和低倍率放电时性能优异;小孔镀镍切拉网在中高倍率放电时性能优异.In this paper,the rate discharge of iron negative electrode for different current collector is studied in iron-nickel alkaline batteries.Using smear method,the current collector and iron electrodes are prepared by four kinds of materials such as nickel plated foam nets,steel belt with nickel plated round holes,mesh with compressed nickel plated holes and mesh with expanded holes,respectively.By measuring the rate discharge,relations of the rate discharge and its discharge property are investigated.The result shows that the current collector prepared with nickel plated foam nets appears good property in specific capacity and low-rate discharge.And the current collector composed with compressed nickel plated holes behaves well and the property is in high-rate discharge.
