摘  要:以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、二烯丙基胺和丙烯酰胺为主要原料合成了一种无甲醛固色剂,探讨了原料配比、引发剂用量和冰醋酸用量对产品固色性能的影响.优化合成工艺为:m(二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵)∶m(二烯丙基胺)∶m(丙烯酰胺)=100∶16∶3.3,引发剂过硫酸铵和亚硫酸钠均为1.6%(对单体质量),冰醋酸15%(对单体质量).合成的固色剂应用于活性染料染色织物的固色处理,结果表明:织物的色牢度提高了0.5~1级,色光基本不变,与Fix-600的固色效果相当.The new-style formaldehyde-free fixing agent was synthesized using dimethyldiallylammonium chloride,diallylamine and acrylamide as main materials.The influences of the ratio of raw materials,the amount of initiator and acetic acid on the product fixing performance were discussed.The optimal synthesis process was as follows: m(dimethyldiallylammonium chloride)∶m(diallylamine)∶m(acrylamide) was 100∶16∶3.3,the amount of initiator ammonium persulfate and sodium sulfite was 1.6% and 1.6%(on the weight of monomer),the amount of acetic acid was 15%(on the weight of monomer),respectively.The fixing agent was applied to fixing treatment of the reactive dyed fabric,the results indicated that the color fastness of fixed fabric was improved by grade 0.5~1,the color hue of the fabric was nearly unchanged,which was equivalent to that of Fix-600.
