摘  要:利用茜素锆分光光度法进行有机氟化合物中氟含量的测定.选择测定波长520 nm,氟含量在0.0~4.0μg/mL时,检测结果呈现线性关系,相关系数r2=0.999 63,灵敏度较好,精密度高.该法的相对标准偏差为1.85%,回收率可达101.21%~110.40%.The fluoride content in the fluorine-containing organic compounds was determined by spectrophotometric with Alizarin Zirconium,in which 520 nm were selected to be the wavelength.The concentration of fluoride contnet was between 0.0~4.0 μg/mL.The measurement result showed good linear relationship with the correlation coefficient of r2=0.999 63,and the method had good sensitivity and high accuracy.The relative standard deviation of this method was 1.85%,and the recovery rate could reach 101.21%~110.40%.
