摘 要:目的观察麻黄非生物碱类成分对小鼠胆固醇的影响。方法将40只小鼠分为空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、麻黄生物碱组、麻黄非生物碱组,每组8只。除空白对照组外,其他组喂食高脂饲料制备高脂血症小鼠模型。各组按0.1 mL.(10 g)-1灌胃给药,模型组与空白对照组灌胃给予0.9%氯化钠溶液,阳性对照组灌胃给予辛伐他汀6.7 mg.kg-1,麻黄生物碱组和麻黄非生物碱组分别灌胃给予2g.mL-1药物,均每天1次,连续4周。每周称体质量1次,分别测定总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),并测定脏器系数。结果灌胃4周后,与模型组比较,麻黄非生物碱组小鼠TC、TG水平显著降低,HDL-C水平升高;麻黄非生物碱组小鼠肝脏、脾脏、肾脏与附睾脂肪系数不同程度降低。结论麻黄非生物碱类成分有拮抗血脂紊乱的功效。Objective To investigate the effects of non-ephedrine alkaloids on cholesterol in mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: blank control group,model control group,positive control group,ephedra alkaloids group,non-ephedrine alkaloids group.The mice except for blanks were fed with high fat diet for three weeks,resulting in a mouse model of hyperlipidemia.Intragastric administration of 6.7 mg·kg-1simvastatin,2 g·mL-1 ephedra alkaloids and non-ephedrine alkaloids was given continuously for 4 weeks,respectively,body weights were recorded weekly.Serum TC,TG,HDL-C levels,and organ coefficient were determined. Results After 4 weeks' administration.compared with the model control,non-ephedrine alkaloids significantly reduced TC,TG levels in mice,increased HDL-C levels;non-ephedrine alkaloids reduced mouse liver,spleen,renal and epididymis fat coefficient at different degrees. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine non-ephedrine alkaloids in Ephedra sinica Stapf shows antagonistic effects on hyperlipidemia.
